This site is a remembrance of Daisy – a remarkable soul who left us sooner than we were ready to let her go. It is also a celebration of the love, kindness, generosity and confidence she gave so freely to others.
Daisy had a gift for making people feel completely at ease. In her classroom, around the neighbourhood, and at home, she noticed what was special in each person – and helped them see it too.
She taught with warmth, lived with energy, and made ordinary moments feel full. Students became more confident, neighbours became friends, and everyone around her seemed to shine a little brighter.
Her presence was generous and unmistakable. She made room for laughter, listened without judgement, and expected the best from people because she could already see it in them.
Her legacy lives on through her family, friends, neighbors and generations of students – in the lessons they carry, the kindness they pass forward and the beautiful memories shared here.
